Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES    

We are happy to refund or exchange unworn, undamaged and unaltered items within 28 days of receipt. To qualify for a refund or exchange, order must be cancelled within 14 days of receiving delivery and then it must be returned us within 14 days of order cancellation date. Customers must ensure that all items returned are in the condition in which they were received with their original packaging and tags intact. Items returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag may not qualify for a refund.

TOPS AND DRESSES
In order to accept your return please make sure no makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
FOOTWEAR
Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, undamaged, along with the shoes. Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface and therefore always should be tried on carpet. 
SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE
Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Please do not remove the original wrapping/seal for hygiene reasons.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

UK ORDERS: RETURN VIA ROYAL MAIL – FREE

All UK orders can be returned with the provided prepaid return mailing label. To ship an item back to SOC Fashion please:

  1. Fill out the returns form included with your order, indicating order number, item being returned, whether you are exchanging or returning the item and the reason for the return
  2. For exchanges, please indicate the desired size/colour. We recommend you contact customer service at contact@socfashion.com to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package
  3. Attach the Royal Mail returns label from your delivery note to your parcel, making sure you have removed the original address label
  4. Package your parcel securely with the returns form included inside
  5. Take your parcel to the nearest Post Office and remember to ask for proof of postage

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 Customers outside of the UK are responsible for postage costs for returns and exchanges. To ship an item back to SOC Fashion please:

  1. Fill out the returns form included with your order, indicating order number, item being returned, whether you are exchanging or returning the item and the reason for the return
  2. For exchanges, please indicate the desired size/colour. We recommend you contact customer service at contact@socfashion.com to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package
  3. Mark clearly on your return invoice and outer packaging "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value". Without this, any taxes incur will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper
  4. Mail your return using the carrier of your choice to the below address. We recommend using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service as SOC Fashion cannot accept responsibility for any items we did not ship.

 REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY  

Refunds and exchanges are accepted all merchandise within 28 days of receipt, for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED, and with ALL tags attached and original packaging included.To qualify for a refund or exchange, order must be cancelled within 14 days of receiving delivery and then it must be returned us within 14 days of order cancellation date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. FREE SHIPPING orders sent back for a refund will be deducted the charge of standard shipping £5.00.  

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of 14 days, beginning the day after you received your order. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or, for any other reason, you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can return the cancelled items to us. Item/s then must be returned within 14 days of order cancellation date. This 14 days period means that returned/exchanged items needs to arrive in our warehouse in 14 days from cancellation date.  

To cancel your order, please contact us via email contact@socfashion.com. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the e-mail. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation as described above. 

You will be provided with an email notification when your refund has been processed. You will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition. Unless the order is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

Faulty items will have to be inspected by us before we can accept them as faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty then we will offer a refund.  

If you want to return or exchange your order, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country. We recommend that you ask the Post Office or other carrier for proof of posting and insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. 

In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. For international returns please mark clearly on your return invoice and outer packaging "Returned goods - No commercial value". Without this any taxes incurred will be your responsibility to pay to your shipper.
